Reception was open only 12.00 - 20.00, which is not mentioned in website. After booking you get e-mail that check- in before 20.00, but opening hour 12.00 not mentioned. We arrived before 12.00 and tried to call twice to the number mentioned on the front door and sent SMS but no reply. Room had 2 airconditoners, but they were out of order. No help opening the window either as it didn't open proberly. Also the door code didn't work, but luckily other guest let us in after opening hour.

Service was a bit so and so... In the first room I didn't have any warm water and that lead to room change... Reception lady seemed to be little annoyed about about it. Room was allthough nice and beed very nice... If you travelling with vehicle remember to park it behind hotel.
