The buffet dinner was the worst meal my family has ever had in a hotel! Regardless of the value of the ingredients, the freshness of the food, the taste of the food, the attitude of the staff, the seriousness of cleaning, and the way of operation, everything was so bad that I sighed "I'm disappointed"!

However, due to the Trip.com website limit, you can only write two guest names and cannot write two kids names. However, when you checked in, you had already requested two large and two small names, so there were a lot of misunderstandings when you checked in. It would cost an additional 40,000 yen to check in. I hope Trip.com can improve the layout to avoid similar problems from happening again.
