The top bunk is fine for children (and maybe small adults) but headroom is low. The bead board bathroom is modern and updated, and has a tub/shower combo. The wrap around front porch, back deck, and screened porch feature quality materials and detail. The large outdoor shower is refreshing after a day at the beach, brisk morning walk around the neighborhood loop, kayaking/paddleboarding, or other fun activities in Narragansett. The front and back yard are sod/grass with lovely flower gardens. Under the back porch is a small outdoor shaded sitting area and the classic L.L. Bean hammock for lounging. All beach carts, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, toys and wagon are easily accessible from the beach closet with the arched doorway under the porch stairs.
