There are two large decks on the second and third floor with phenomenal water views from the third story. The house is half a mile to the beach (10 min walk) through a safe, low traffic neighborhood, perfect for kids! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the second floor that walks out onto the deck. The living room has a large couch that turns into a sleeper bed for two people if needed and a 65 inch 4k HD TV. The kitchen has a massive 10.5 feet by 5 feet white quartz island with stainless steel appliances, white farmhouse sink, and beautiful grey cabinets. The dining room has a large hardwood table that seats 12 people. The island seats an additional 8 people. The decks have two dining tables and two couches along with a large Weber gas grill.
