The facility is amazing. I like the new wing it's excellent. Good food, your chef is on point Excellent staff Clean rooms I recommend you clean the swimming pool thoroughly, it's a bit slippery which is dangerous to swimmers I recommend if you can warm the pool with solar heating. It's too cold I recommend health n fitness club/gym for residents

I had a wonderful stay at the Mara Frontier Hotel and i must say the staff were great, jovial and willing to give assistance! To mention a few: Hilda Mbogua was a wonderful receptionist, received me so warmly, Vivian, a patient waiter and Maina just a magical chef! The goat soup was great! Keep up the good job team! The Guest Room was very clean comfortable and secure! I did not lose my valuables. It was a great idea to have music at the pool area. Towels were clean and fresh, beddings were great. Everything met my expectation and the following can easily be improved; 1. No toothpaste, no brush, no lotion, provide 'em even at a fee. Don't send me to Naivas. 2. At the restaurant, there were too many flies. Maybe you should try the following: Vinegar, install several UV light traps (you have one, but it was off, i requested it to be switched on, but request hit a brickwall), sticky tape, fumigate regularly, enhance hygiene. 3. Waiters and kitchen staff get excited and talk and laugh rather loudly. Tone down a bit. 4. No portrait of President William Samoei Ruto at the reception. Hahaha (pun intended) Will i come back again? YES! Would i recommend it to a friend? YES!

The customer service at the front desk leaves alot to be desired. This was my second time there and we asked for the rate we were given during a prior visit. The receptionist went ahead to ask for our ID’s to confirm if we had actually been before which is quite ridiculous, to make it worse when they couldn’t find us in the system we had to dig through our phones just to prove we were residents at some point. Is this how you treat customers?Also, when this receptionist shared the new rates, she basically shoved the paper with the rates with no care. She dis not take time to explain and gave us the attitude of ‘take it or leave it’ her colleague tried to salvage the situation but it was a little too late for that. The treatment we received was in poor form and this is how you lose potential long term customers.
