felt more like a home than a resort, was there on Wednesday to have lunch with a few friends the experience was just amazing. and the warm welcome from the receptionist with the long hair, she was Loise or Lucy don't quite remember. but she made us feel more welcome and looking forward to visiting the place again. that receptionist was just lovely I have never been welcomed in such an amazing way before

I booked my client at Jacanaz resort on before and after a Mt kenya climb on 25th August and on 29th. The rooms are clean and well maintained,staffs are very friendly. Lucy the receptionist welcomed us with a very big smile.I highly recommend Lucy.

The place was excellent to visit with family, couples, solo and friends, service was wow... I like it and I loved and happy with the service I got offered there. Swimming pool was awesome and also security is tight. Well treated . Thanks

Exquisite. The picturesque experience of the panoramic view of mount Kenya, the geographic feature which gave the country a name gives a clear hint on a superb experience one is about to experience immediately after check in. The unique architectural design of the facility complements its greatness and the finese in furniture is a sight to behold. Yoked with the comfort on offer, the professionalism of the staff and the superb culinary expertise of the team, moreso one chef Patrick Wambua, the experience was simply OUTSTANDING.

I found the place quite serene and the drive down relaxing. The staff was always there to answer all the queries we had and enjoyed the food. Kudos to the service team and the kitchen team. The management is young and vibrant, good to see someone believe in the youth. Definitely coming back.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So it was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Overall I had a great experience with the hotel and staff was incredibly helpful and amenities were great. The room was wonderful clean and perfect to celebrate. Big ups to Vivian and her team.
