The studio had a breathtaking view and was located right near the beach. It had everything we needed: kitchenette, comfortable beds, AC, beautiful terrace, privacy, clean. The public beach is small but very,very nice, with sand and clean water. Great stay to enjoy the island.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel residence. L'appartamento era sopra il ristorante che si trova di fronte alla spiaggia ma non siamo mai stati disturbati dai rumori del ristorante. Avevamo la vista mare sul golfo di Naregno. È stata una bella vacanza.

Ottimo Hotel per chi cerca una vacanza in famiglia in completo relax. Posizione comoda. Ristorazione ottima, con varietà, ricercatezza dei piatti e soprattutto attenzione alle allergie. Un particolare riconoscimento al maitre Diego per la cordialità e per la sua attenzione ai bambini. Consigliatissimo.

Ottimo tutto, dalla gentilezza delle persone, ristorazione ottima, servizi impeccabili, pulizia camere e giardino tenuto magnificamente, piscina fantasrtica, parcheggio enorme alcuni accorgimenti: installare una luce di cortesia se si arriva di notte nel parcheggio più lantano installare ventola nel bagno del 1° piano mettere cartelli evidenziando il contenuto delle paste/torte del mattino

Quello che non ti aspetti, un posto bello con tutto quello che puoi desiderare. Un servizio di ristorazione di prim’ordine con un caposala, Diego, che il top. Pulizia e precisione. Ma il fiore all’occhiello della struttura è il personale, efficiente, gentile e disponibile. In poche parole una vacanza da ripetere.

Hotel molto curato soprattutto la bella piscina,le aree comuni come la hall e le aree verdi. Ristorante molto buono anche se abbiamo avuto modo di provarlo una sera sola. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nel residence ElbaAzzurra e ci siamo trovati bene per i seguenti motivi : terrazzino perfetto e ombreggiato, cucina attrezzata, camere del bilocale spaziose, posizione ottima di fronte al mare . Peccato per gli infissi vecchi che emanavano un cattivo odore , l'appartamento potrebbe essere rinnovato nell'arredamento , cosa che gli darebbe un valore aggiunto notevole . Siamo stati molto bene e lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Forse la prossima volta chiederei un appartamento con un terrazzo più grande .

Premetto di essere un cliente "storico" e ho riscontrato un peggioramento dei servizi offerti. Animazione totalmente inesistente, nessun tipo di attività offerta durante a giornata per ragazzi. Al ristorante ho riscontrato in certi momenti un caos generale (piatti che tardavano ad arrivare e che arrivavano spesso freddi e con il prezzo che si paga questo non dovrebbe accadere). Dopo 8 giorni ho dovuto richiedere il cambio asciugamani perchè non era ancora stato effettuato. Quando ho chiesto cortesemente di avere della carta igienica mi è stato risposto che "non è compresa". Assurdo visto il prezzo che si paga per appartamenti che andrebbero rimodernati e che non sono a mio avviso adeguati ad una struttura che vanta 4 stelle. Al bar a mio figlio celiaco è stata fornita (e da me profumatamente pagata) una brioches congelata (almeno avere la decenza di farla scaldare). In conclusione ho notato con il passare degli anni un peggioramento dei servizi offerti e che sicuramente non sono all'altezza di una struttura ormai "datata" e sulla quale andrebbero apportati interventi di varia natura. Non credo ci tornerò di nuovo.

Sono diversi anni che torniamo alle Acacie e il soggiorno è sempre piacevole. La vicinanza al mare, la cucina (sempre ottima a nostro giudizio), la cortesia del personale (tutti senza esclusione) nonchè la possibilità di portare la nostra cagnolina in spiaggia, ci convincono anno dopo anno a tornare.
