마쿠하리에서 **요센으로 한정거장.
역에서 걸어서 3분.
아래층에 대형마트 있음.
노천탕 및 사우나 있음.
장내 식당 - 하나마루 우동, 코코이찌방야, 자기네 카페(식사, 술, 디저트)
만화책, 휴식공간 있음.
마쿠하리에 놀러다니는 사람이라면 이미 알 사람들은 알 만한 곳.
캡슐에서 자는데 거부검이 없다면 꽤 괜찮은 숙소임.
단가는 예전엔 캡슐치곤 좀 쎘었는데 요즘은 뭐 캡슐도 다 비싸져서..
그밖에 예약이 좀 빡쎘었는데, 요즘은 다른곳들이 생겨서 그런지 이번엔 별로 안 빡빡하게 잡았음.

施設自体は過ごしやすく温泉も良質でよいものだと思いました。
ただ、予約に問題がありフロントで嫌な思いをさせられました。
男性用キャビン、女性用キャビンとは別に「ゲストルーム」というプランがあったためそちらで予約。
キャビンより千円弱値段が上でした。
こうした施設では部屋数限定でキャビンとは別に個室がある場合もあるため、そういうことだと理解して「ゲストルーム」を選択し予約しましたが、実際にはこの施設にはそのようなものはなく、果たして私が予約をした「ゲストルーム」とはいったい何だったのか謎のままです。
ここからが不快ポイントですが、チェックインの際に誤って男性用キャビンで予約されているようですと伝えられました。はじめは若いスタッフの方が対応してくださり感じも悪くなかったのですが、ヘルプできた中年女性のスタッフさんが呆れたような表情をかくすこともなく大声で「今回はたまたま女性キャビンもあいてましたけどぉ〜！あいてなければ泊まれませんのでぇ〜！」と頭ごなしに言ってきて非常にカチンとし、「ゲストルーム」でよやくし男女の区別などなかったことを説明するも、こいつ何言ってんの？顔で聞く耳を持たず、トリップ.comの予約画面を見せたところで初めてすこし事態を飲み込めてきたのか急に大人しくなり、トリップドットコムって何ですかぁ？よく知らなくてぇ〜！と責任逃れされていました。
最悪の対応で2度と泊まることはないです。

역에서 가까워서 좋은데 찾아가는 위치가 너무 안좋음 코앞에두고 몇바퀴나 돌았음 캡슐이라 에어컨도 없고 누워 있으면 숨막히고 두번다시 사용하고싶지 않음

The second time I stayed here, the service was still uncomfortable. I saw good front desk staff, but I couldn't catch up. Forget it, I won't stay here again.
