It was a pretty good spot to rest, though a little confusing on the location. There wasn't a ton in walking distance, but the train was not even a block away which was nice.

It is recommended to avoid crowded times for the large public bathhouse, which is directly connected to the subway station and is used by many locals. The happy hour and breakfast are also good, and the facilities for guests are sufficient.

The room is smaller than other hotels of the same price, but it has free drinks and hot springs. The location is also good. You can reach the hotel within five minutes after exiting JR Nara Station. The front desk will introduce the basic situation to the guests before check-in (the English of the front desk staff who received me at this hotel was the most standard and clear among the hotels I have stayed in).
