I can only say that the location is first-class, less than 5 minutes away from Nara JR, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. At this price, there is nothing to complain about if you stay for one night. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old.

The room is small, but big enough for two large suitcases. It is bigger than the small rooms in other Japanese hotels. The bed and pillows are very comfortable.
