Nagqu is at a very high altitude. We arrived in Namtso from Namtso and had some altitude sickness. It was cold and windy outside, so we didn't want to go out for dinner. The hotel unexpectedly prepared a late-night snack for guests, which was very thoughtful. The hotel's facilities are new and smart, and the oxygen concentrator worked very well, alleviating our altitude sickness. The service was also excellent. Nagqu is very dry, and we were running low on mineral water. We called to request two more bottles, and the hotel quickly delivered three bottles, which was very thoughtful.

I don’t know what sound keeps ringing, and I can’t rest well at night. I thought it was turned on the heating and tried to shut it down, but the sound still has the room card  and the sound I have to pull it off. I ran around and I kept a good impression on me at Xi'an Hotel  until I got it. This time. Service: There are two people at the front desk of the hotel. The young lady is polite and professional. The little brother's speech attitude is a bit bad, which affects my emotions.

超讚的新開業酒店，細節滿分！剛入住這家開業半個月的新酒店，整體體驗遠超預期！先説小遺憾，房間裏確實殘留一點新裝修的味道，不過通風后會緩解，對氣味敏感的朋友可以提前和前台説，大概率能安排通風好的房間；另外訂的是大床房，辦理入住時前台小姐姐是新人，反覆確認過我要大床，最後還是誤安排了雙床，當天旅遊趕路太疲憊，實在沒力氣換就直接住了，算是個小插曲～但服務真的無可挑剔！工作人員特別熱情，從辦理入住到日常需求響應都超及時，因為客人不多，每個人都能得到細緻照顧，有種專屬服務的感覺～早餐雖然品類不算豐富，但勝在乾淨清爽，最驚喜的是有現煮的麪條、湯圓和抄手，師傅手藝在線，配料也新鮮，熱乎乎吃一碗超滿足！作為新酒店，設施都很新，衞生打掃得很徹底，加上貼心的服務，完全能忽略氣味、房型小插曲和早餐品類的小不足，性價比很高，推薦大家來試試～不愛寫評價，但是看一條評價都沒有所以寫了一條
