Best experience in Napoli, loved everything about the staying in the hotel. Very friendly staff and amazing interior design. I was confused with the location, however the staff were very helpful to cone and show me the location and help with the parking. They located in a residential building, which gives local lifestyle vibes. There’s a daily local market outside the main entrance which was added value for me.

Our stay was smooth and very nice. We were close to the main points in the city with easy access everywhere. The host was super polite, friendly and looked after all our needs in no time. Would definitely visit again. The room had the perfect temperature and the bed was really comfortable. Also, toilette was very clean and pretty.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was close to the station and had an elevator, so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and even stored my luggage after I checked out. I recommend using this facility.

The service of the young lady is great. She speaks beautiful English. I also want to learn Japanese. I went to the cafe across the street for breakfast. There are various pizzerias downstairs. It is very close to the train station on foot. It is good.

帶娃去的，這個位置離火車站很近。是在一個居民區裏，出門就是早市，可以很好的體驗當地生活。房間很乾凈，就是check in的時間要注意，晚了得提前聯繫她們。房間內還有個落地窗能打開能看到外面的街景。接待人員都很友善，有個叫sofia的小姐姐介紹的特別細緻，給我感覺都不像外國人了，太親切了。

的確是神聖的酒店，哈哈，接待我的姑娘人很nice，英文非常好，會按約定的時間來幫助check in，介紹設施，通過添加她的whatsapp還會發送很多當地的攻略。房間本身保養的很好，看上去就像剛裝修過，洗手間還提供了一支香水試管，很貼心。

駅から徒歩で5分位、入り口は分かりづらいですが、ホテルへメールをすると直ぐに回答が来ました。ホテルの方は親切で少し日本語も話せてとても良い対応でした。部屋は綺麗で清潔でした。シャワーの温水が出なかった点が残念でした。朝食はホテルから大通りを挟んだ近くのカフェです。エスプレッソとパンがとても美味しかったです。また機会があれば宿泊したいので、それまでに温水シャワーをリクエストします。

房間非常好，位置離火車站就一百米，超方便。房間全是我在歐洲住過的比較現代化得了，整個裝修也很温馨。老闆是非常可愛的本地女生，態度特別好，我去參加馬拉松，包就讓酒店幫我看管一下，回來以後拿了也很方便，非常有人情味！

確實超預期。地段離特米尼火車站走路4分鐘的樣子，拐個彎就到，酒店在居民小區裏面，剛到最外面的木大門時確實很驚訝，跟着一個住户進了鎖住的木大門，院子裏面打掃得很乾凈和外面臟亂的大馬路渾然不同。我們坐在院子裏等Sophie來接我們因為酒店樓下還有另一道門。上了小小的電梯陳2樓，就是酒店的門。裏面很安全。房間很是整潔和温馨，也有洗護用品。最主要的是前台Sophie非常熱情貼心，耐心介紹了之後泡上咖啡☕，nice stay~

房間乾淨，整潔，安靜，裝修很新很漂亮，這在那不勒斯挺少見的。在一個很安全的院子裏，不用擔心車站附近不安全。sofie 人超級好，我忘的的東西都幫我拿好了
