There was no one at the reception and the checking was done online. We almost stayed on the street because no one could open the door for us until I called the hotel on the phone and they made me check in on the street, which was an ugly area to be in with the suitcases and cell phone.

L'hôtel se situe au 5éme étage d'un immeuble, un seul ascenseur ( 2 personnes max) pas très pratique lorsque l'on est un groupe de 6 personnes et que l'on arrive de l'aéroport, d'un autre côté 5 étages à pied c'est bon pour la santé. Le seul point positif : bonne literie Les points négatifs: - La réception: jamais personne et toujours fermée lorsque nous sommes passés, nous rentrions par l 'entrée de service - à l'arrivée mon mari reste coincé dans la salle de bain, la poignée lui reste dans la main, impossible d'ouvrir la porte, je vais chercher le gérant qui était heureusement là car nous venions d'arriver, il lui a fallu 3 aller-retours afin de trouver un pass pour ouvrir la porte de l'extérieur. je n'ose imaginer si cela était arrivé en pleine nuit - j'ai demandé une couverture supplémentaire car la chambre était très humide, on m'a clairement dit que cela n'était pas possible - comme dit précédemment chambre très humide avec moisissure autour des fenêtres

L' hotel non merita sicuramente le stelle che ha. Le uniche cose positive sono che c è l acqua calda in bagno, il letto comodo e la sala colazione arredata bene. Il resto da dimenticare. La stanza poco pulita per terra, nel bagno la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare, non funzionava bene lo sciacquone, la doccia si riempiva di acqua, il bidet si muoveva e non c' era un mobiletto o una mensola dove poggiare le cose. La colazione abbastanza buona. Siamo arrivati la sera e non c' era la luce ma abbiamo chiamato e il problema è stato risolto subito. In ogni caso non lo consiglio.

Pessimo servizio...chiamato prima di prenotare x sapere se possibile il check in verso le 23.30, risposta si si reception H24 . Arrivati li chiuso, continui tentativi di chiamare i numeri esposti e nessuna risposta all' una di notte abbiamo dovuto cercare altra sistemazione. Il giorno seguente visto che ancora non c'è era nessuno chiamando il titolare secondo lui mi ha fatto un favore restituendomi senza penali la prenotazione. Sentendo gli esercenti vicini lo fa spesso a lasciare la gente in strada.
