I am the mother of a disabled girl, I booked a room at this hotel asking that it be up to standard to accommodate us. When we arrived we immediately realized that they had transformed a double room into a triple room simply by adding a cot and moving the bedside tables near the door entrance to the room and the French window that opened onto the external terrace, consequently there was no possibility of moving inside the aforementioned room since the doors were blocked and could not open completely for the passage of the wheelchair. The breakfast was unacceptable, a few croissants and yoghurt counted, which promptly ended after 1/2 hour, there was no water dispenser, replaced by only two bottles of water: one still and one carbonated for all the guests of the structure. There was no fridge inside the room, which was very serious for us since we had to take my daughter's medicines, and the dirt inside was degrading. There was only one person to take care of the cleaning of the rooms and the breakfast service, this person had to interrupt one activity to do another, performing both poorly, hence the consequences of poor hygiene everywhere. The sheets were dirty and stained, we slept lying on towels. We were deceived by the three stars shown on the site which I do not understand with what criteria they were attributed and all this was paid handsomely at the levels of a real four star hotel. I am writing this post not out of revenge but rather to prevent other people in my same situation may experience the same discomfort. STAY TO FORGET!
