Ho pernottato con mio figlio due notti , perché doveva operarsi alla struttura che dista un minuto dall hotel. Oltre questo difronte a l ospedale e dieci minuti ha piedi anche la metro. Lo staff è molto disponibile è ha acconsentito ad ogni nostra richiesta.

Avendo dimenticato un giubbotto nuovo di un certo valore, abbiamo chiamato la struttura, ed essi ci hanno negato di aver trovato il giubbotto. Vi sconsiglierei di dimenticare qualcosa, altrimenti succederà ciò che è successo a me! Sono indignato per tutto ciò, vi dovreste vergognare!

Excellent welcome from the staff, clean rooms and very good food. Carmine the owner makes you feel at home, pampers you with typical dishes of Neapolitan cuisine such as linguine with clams and pasta with beans and mussels !!!!!!!!

During the organized school trip to Naples, we stayed 3 nights in this hotel with 40 kids, the structure is a 10 minute walk from the metro stop, an uncomfortable and dangerous road for kids, it takes half an hour on the metro to reach Piazza Garibaldi. The staff appears helpful, the "buffet" breakfast proved to be inadequate for the context. Despite having communicated food intolerances, they were not considered in the slightest and the alternative was EMBARRASSING. Eating badly in Naples seems impossible, but not if you stay here: no choice, unsalted and overcooked pasta, very low quality of food, poorly cooked. The alternative proposed for the intolerant was absolutely inadequate. Thin and pure... but where have you ever seen this??? The cleanliness of the rooms is sufficiently acceptable, even if between one room and another the plasterboard walls allow you to hear everything happening next door.

I am the mother of a disabled girl, I booked a room at this hotel asking that it be up to standard to accommodate us. When we arrived we immediately realized that they had transformed a double room into a triple room simply by adding a cot and moving the bedside tables near the door entrance to the room and the French window that opened onto the external terrace, consequently there was no possibility of moving inside the aforementioned room since the doors were blocked and could not open completely for the passage of the wheelchair. The breakfast was unacceptable, a few croissants and yoghurt counted, which promptly ended after 1/2 hour, there was no water dispenser, replaced by only two bottles of water: one still and one carbonated for all the guests of the structure. There was no fridge inside the room, which was very serious for us since we had to take my daughter's medicines, and the dirt inside was degrading. There was only one person to take care of the cleaning of the rooms and the breakfast service, this person had to interrupt one activity to do another, performing both poorly, hence the consequences of poor hygiene everywhere. The sheets were dirty and stained, we slept lying on towels. We were deceived by the three stars shown on the site which I do not understand with what criteria they were attributed and all this was paid handsomely at the levels of a real four star hotel. I am writing this post not out of revenge but rather to prevent other people in my same situation may experience the same discomfort. STAY TO FORGET!

Stains everywhere, dirty blankets, tiny rooms, awful service and bad breakfast. moreover, between one room and another you can literally hear everything door that can be opened easily many keys are the same

We stayed for new years eve 31/12 1/1/2023 the hotel is nice, the room for 4 is very small. The staff very very courteous and helpful! Unfortunately the room was dirty! Our dog came out from under the beds full of fluff and dirt! Of course we didn't expect anything more like comfort or beauty but at least vacuuming would have been a must.

Horrible, not possible to stay there. Encrustations of mold on the edges of the shower, with dozens of guest flies. Bad smell as soon as you enter. Dirty floor with tangles of hair and chewed crumbs. Camping or cell bed. Improbable.
