Bed needed a new mattress

Do not go to this hotel not even for free..

Close location to the main train station, however room was completely different to what I booked and to the pictures online so be warned. Paid for a single room and got a huge circle bed? Staff do not seem interested in talking and often ignore or barely speak. Expected to hand keys to reception every time you leave which seemed odd and a slight security risk if you have valuable items. Also check out is 10am.

There were cockroaches in our room, the bathroom was completely dirty and the bedroom was not clean. The rooms were totally different from the ones they show in their website. Cleaners don't clean. There were probably four or five different people behind the desk and no one of them was able to answer our questions. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

BE CAREFUL. This is a FRAUD place, avoid at all costs. I reported it to the police. They claim to be a hotel but it is NOT. They told me that I have no booking and I need to pay after showing all booking and evidences of transactions. I called my bank and reported them as scammers.

The location is close to Naples Central Station. However, even during the day, the security seems bad, so I came alone as a woman and was a little scared at first. But it was good that there were always police around. There is a supermarket on the bus terminal side of Naples Central Station, and the prices are average, so I recommend it. The hotel amenities are only towels, toilet paper, soap, and one-time shampoo. There is no other refrigerator, cups, toothbrushes, or hair dryer, so please bring everything with you. There is no shower curtain or bath mat, so when you take a shower, the surroundings get wet. Naples Central Station is close and it is cheap, so it is recommended for those who value location rather than the hotel. I do not recommend it for those who want to relax when they return to the hotel or for a few days. It is good for one or two nights. If you want to sightsee and relax, you may want to look for a hotel near the port. The front desk staff were all kind and very helpful. I returned to the hotel with peace of mind. The room was clean and the walls and tables seemed to have been reupholstered, so it was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself smells a bit moldy, so it might be a good idea to at least put some air fresheners here and there. If you want to relax in the hotel at night, there is a direct metro line from Naples Central Station, so it might be better to stay at a hotel a little further away from Naples Central Station.

You can spend the night, there is no kettle or refrigerator. In the bathroom there is soap and shampoo and towels. Reception 24/7. The bed is clean. The station is nearby.

The street in which the hotel is located may seem unsafe but I must say that at night you can sleep peacefully without too many worries since there is always someone to guard the entrance and the entrance door is locked during the night. key and is armored. Overall there are no major defects but only small imperfections such as the small number of towels or essentials

Everything was fine, the only thing was the dangerous location but the rest was fine 👍

I stayed five times for more than a month and got the tax invoice every day. I made excuses every day to get rid of it. When I finally checked out, I was asked to go to their boss to ask for the tax invoice. I was speechless.
