Located close to a major train station and makes it easy to move around the Campania region. Very close to the central action of Napoli where you can experience first hand Napolitano lifestyle. Lots of restaurants and street foods to try. Staff and nice and the simple breakfast is always served promptly.
I wish the management can work on the wifi connection as I barely got any connection in my room.

No Wi-Fi for 4 out of 5 days. Hot water went out and had to engage ******* to get it resolved. Staff unavailable and non communicative. Will never stay there again.

Mejor en foto.
Mejor en foto que en la realidad. Inmueble muy antiguo, pequeño, oscuro y no barato para no tener atención personalizada, ni a penas servicios. Suficiente para dormir y tomar una ducha. En positivo decir que está bien comunicado y muy próximo a la entrada del metro.

RECOMMENDED.
Recomendable para desplazarte hacia el centro de Napoles o desde el centro de Napoles, ya que cuenta con muy buenas comunicaciones tanto con el metro como el bus. Relativamente cerca del aeropuerto. Habitación aceptable para viajeros no muy exigentes. Se echa de menos una atención personalizada por parte del dueño, pero en términos generales me he encontrado muy a gusto.

Bella stanza spaziosa con bagno grande (senza però il bidet). Posizione eccellente per girare a piedi la città ,e la proprietaria ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino la sera . Consigliato.

To begin with, they confused the arrival and departure dates which left us without accommodation on the last night, claiming that we had given them the wrong information and that it was our fault. . By proving with an email that the mistake was theirs, they had to accommodate us until the agreed date. We did not see the owner at any time during our stay. Upon arrival, no one at reception. The keys to the rooms in an envelope with our name, without further ado. The towels were not changed in the four nights we stayed. Even to make the tourist tax effective, they left us an envelope so that we could put the amount in cash. The room smelled of tobacco. And the most surreal thing... Every time you wanted to use the old elevator you had to enter 20 cents into a little machine that was in the cabin. FATAL. To never return.

This property is very 'no frills' and we did not see a person working there. However, check-in and check-out was no problem and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Very basic in terms of supplies and not enough toilet paper!

I am mixed on this hotel. I think it is OK as a crash pad but we had some difficulties with the service. I booked the hotel through the HotelTonight website. It stated that checkin is available until midnight. Upon arrival, we could not access the interior. The call box was broken and nobody answered when I called the phone number. I had to call HotelTonight and it took a little bit for the proprietor to contact us and let us in. Naples does not have the safest feel when you're stuck outside late at night. Once we were able to access the interior, we made it to where the rooms were located. There was an envelope with the name of the room we were told to take. It included the key and some instructions. The room itself was acceptable. Nothing too fancy but also not a total dump. Not the type of place I'd want to stay for multiple nights, but we needed somewhere for the one night before heading to the Amalfi coast. There was a bed, small desk, and decent bathroom. To be fair to the hotel, the location felt different and safer in the daylight hours. It was close to a number of public transportation stops and seemed to be fairly convenient. I was able to get to the train station to pick up my rental car very quickly. Bottom line... OK place for a no frills room. Not where I'd stay for a longer stay in Naples.
