Peggior soggiorno della mia vita, l’edificio degradato, la stanza con la puzza di fognatura, il bagno con la presenza di muffa nera sul soffitto, gli infissi che nn si chiudono, la stanza non insonorizzata, un materasso di quattro soldi scarsissimo e con delle macchie, la pulizia che lascia desiderare, nessun servizio decente

Posizione ottima vicina a tutto, proprietaria disponibile ma peccato per la mancata cura ai dettagli e la poca pulizia. Il bagno non era per niente pulito bene e la doccia incrostata di calcare, kit di cortesia assente. Abbiamo trovato dei capelli nelle lenzuola. Dispiace perché la camera dalle foto dava tutt’altra impressione.

Great tucked away air b n b style room. Central just outside old town so perfect location for getting around Naples. Lovely big room authentic and great air conditioning. Comfortable big bed. Room was on the main road so is quite noisy but didn’t bother us. Lovely added touch of toast and jam in the room. Easy check in and lady was very helpful in getting us in to the hotel and providing recommendations by WhatsApp. All very swift and easy. Great hotel if you are looking for a couple of nights stay in Naples with a basic but clean and functional room. Very good value for money. Not a “hotel” in the sense of the word - more air b n b. Believe there is reception staff at points during the day but we arrived late and left early so not sure on this. Would use again.

Palazzo antico in posizione strategica nel cuore del centro di Napoli. Stanza ampia arredata elegantemente con tutti i comfort compresa una veloce colazione appena svegli. Personale gentile a disposizione per ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo!

Affittacamere con piccolo cucinotto (che non abbiamo utilizzato) al primo piano di un grande palazzo storico che si affaccia sulla centralissima via S. Anna dei Lombardi, a ridosso di Spaccanapoli e via Toledo: la posizione è perfetta. Meglio di così credo sia impossibile. Peraltro la mia camera si affacciava sul cortile interno, quindi di notte I rumori della città sono molto attutiti e si riposa senza problemi. Unica neo: camera calda e difficile da arieggiare, e priva di armadi. Ma sono Problemi superflui per soggiorni brevi. La gentile host Barbara ci ha accolto da remoto fornendo indicazioni puntuali e preziose.

Ho trascorso con mio marito capodanno a napoli che ormai è diventata meta periodica durante l'anno. Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura perché ne abbiamo provate molte e devo dire è stata una buona scelta per la posizione centrale si trova a due minuti da via Toledo e circa 20 minuti di camminata dalla stazione centrale, per la pulizia la disponibilità del personale e la comodità che offre la struttura. Nella stanza c'è tutto quello che serve dalla biancheria ai prodotti per il bagno. C'è anche un piccolo angolo cottura dotato di macchina per caffè per la mattina. A pochi passi dalla struttura ci sono bar dove fare colazione. Sicuramente torneremo qui la prossima volta che non sarà fra molto tempo. Grazie

We loved our stay in this quaint guesthouse in Naples. Our host Marco was so kind in helping us with directions, and even came for us when we got a bit lost finding our way! Our room was so spacious and our most comfortable bed of our entire stay in Italy! We loved having the small kitchen to store some drinks in the fridge, and to have coffee in the morning in the expresso machine. Marco was so kind to mail a postcard for me and call us a taxi in the morning to the airport. The location was great as well to visit the famous walking street and gave some great pizza. Highly recommend guesthouse! Thanks so making our stay so wonderful!

Il signor Marco ci ha letteralmente salvati! Dopo aver lasciato in fretta e furia un'altra struttura e, non avendo una camera in cui fermarci, abbiamo contatto signor Marco gentilissimo e disponibile fin da subito. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni per raggiungere la struttura, in pieno centro, ed effettuare a distanza in check in. Camera bellissima, curata nei dettagli e, nonostante l'affaccio sulla strada, molto silenziosa. La ringraziamo ancora!
