Excellent facilities. Amazing location. You are literally in the heart of all the restaurants. It is literally 1 minute walk from centrale station. Marco was great. He was waiting for us and was really helpful. I highly recommend this place. Enjoy.

We arrived at the hotel 2 couples the night before the flight. We were surprised by the large, well-designed and clean rooms. The rooms are right next to the train. Marco welcomed us warmly. But I want to add and tell about this charming young man. We had a problem returning the car and he took it upon himself to handle the matter with the rental company. Even after we returned to Israel. until the problem is solved. He did it out of willingness and giving help and service without any compensation. There are simply no such things. Marco, thank you very much. I don't know what we would do without you. When the communication with the rental company was terrible. I wish there were more people like you. Of course, I highly recommend going to him also because of the location and the friends, but above all because of him.

Perfect stay with balcony overlooking Piazza Garibaldi. Comfy bed, spacious, good bathroom, use of an electric kettle just outside in reception. Marco gave me all the info i needed and a good map. Couldn’t have been better. Plenty of good restaurants very close also good shopping….and then of course the station and the Alishuttle bus or taxis.

Room was fantastic if you can find it. hard to find the place and initial look at the building made us worry. But the room was very nice. Just feet away from the railway station but didn't feel safe after dark.

This was the perfect spot for our family for our 2 nights in Naples. Great location, near the train station, spacious (it was 4 of us) and super clean and cold A/C. Friendly proprietor and great price. We would definitely go back!
