Well... there was a station right in front, so it was really easy to get around. The interior facility had a strange smell and some bugs were visible. The soundproofing wasn't good, but everything else was fine.

Great central location directly across from Garibaldi station providing easy access to Pompeii and Sorrento. The room was compact but well appointed for 2 with the bonus of an inside balcony. Whole the amenities are a bit ltd.the staff made up for it with their attentiveness, finding me a needle and thread to patch my day rucksack, lol.some of the movie channels can be converted to English, breakfast was ltd. But they put in a good effort. All rooms are on the 1st floor likely due to renovations as there's no lift.overall affordable and would happily stay here again.

The location really is ‘ideal’ in terms of the main train station being directly outside so you only have to walk two minutes across the road and you have your trains to Pompeii, Herculaneum and wherever else you need to go. The actual area isn’t the best as you will hear from anyone who visits Napoli… When we first arrived on a Saturday evening, I felt as though I had walked into a third world country and I found it fairly terrifying. Lots of homeless people, human faeces and urine all over the ground, armed soldiers in tanks outside the station which is… something and you honestly need a good life insurance policy to cross the roads here. I didn’t feel particularly safe walking through the area in the evening so tried not to do that and returned to the hotel before it got dark. The hotel itself is clean and very basic with comfortable beds and a decent shower. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re someone who likes to spend a long time in the hotel because you’d be quite bored… It’s the sort of hotel you only stay in for somewhere to wash and sleep. The television in the room was glitchy so I couldn’t watch olympics highlights in the evening. The WiFi was sporadic and quite slow. There is no kettle and coffee in the room which is something I haven’t personally come across whilst travelling before so that’s something I feel they need to add. There is aircon in the room but it doesn’t seem to work very well so you need to use the fan 24/7 but it is in such a noisy area (traffic, horns beeping, sirens etc 24/7) I actually recommend having the fan on full blast to act as white noise and blur it out. The only irritating noise was other guests closing their room doors during the night which woke us up a few times because it’s very loud even with the fan. The street it is on has a bakery and coffee shop, pharmacy and a couple of restaurants but weirdly no supermarket. We used the Conad supermarket in the train station, it seemed to be the best priced in Napoli and closest to the hotel. The bookstore in the train station has a good selection of English books if you’re in need of a way to pass the time in the evening since the television doesn’t seem to work! With a few tweaks such as functioning aircon and WiFi and a kettle and coffee in the room, I feel this would be an even better hotel but it is adequate as a place to sleep.

The hotel is well located, it is convenient if you want to take the train or the airport shuttle. The housekeeping is OK, the lady who takes care of the housekeeping is very friendly. The reception staff is accommodating. When I discovered my room, I felt humiliated. It was actually a prison cell. No decoration, cold atmosphere, very small with the smallest single bed I have seen in my life, an iron bar for the bag and a bar with hangers make up the room. (Walking past open doors, I saw warmer rooms like in the pictures, but not all rooms) Placed on the first floor and close to the street, I immediately asked to change rooms. At reception I was told that it was not possible for the same day but they moved me to a quieter room for the other three nights. The air conditioning in the first room worked very poorly, I sweated during the day and was cold at night. No problem with the air conditioning in the second bedroom. The lock to the first room was very difficult, I even thought I was locked in my cell at one point. There are only Italian TV channels and not all of them worked properly. In the second room, I had a double bed, which was much better, but the room was so small that you had to contort yourself (literally) to move around. There is no space between the bed and the various elements (box, metal bar to put your bag on, etc.) No coffee machine in the second bedroom. No fridge in the rooms, no armchair, no desk, no cupboard... No information on evacuations or map of the hotel in the room. No signage to check out or stay quiet. Breakfast is probably my worst hotel breakfast experience. He's ridiculous. The choice is almost non-existent, the milk is placed on the bar and is not cool, some mornings there is only one choice of fruit, the ham has an unpleasant taste and smell (I have it reported, but no change), the restocking is not done correctly so we do not always have the few products that are offered, hot drinks are on request... A disaster! Ridiculous. There is no luggage storage, if you leave your bag it is in the entrance, without identification. I left it one morning and came back in the evening. I just helped myself and no one said anything, even though the receptionist had changed. This is absolutely not secure. The room cards are white cards with the number written with a smudged pen, it's a shame. I hated this hotel. I felt humiliated, locked up, in prison. Breakfast is a joke. This is probably my worst experience in a hotel! I advise against.

This hotel is in an excellent location with the train station and bus to airport very close. The room was average size, clean but a bit gloomy. The staff were very helpful but there is no lift and the stairs are awkward with suitcases. The longer we stayed in Italy we realised that the restaurants by the entrance to the hotel serve over priced indifferent tourist fare. Hotel let us leave our bags in reception whilst we went on a tour.

Hotel not 3 stars but 0, if we could have escaped the evening we returned to the room we would have done so immediately, we found 2 cockroaches on the "nightmarish" ceiling, the staff were not at all welcoming and would have to do something else, very narrow room, with a hole of a blind bathroom without ventilation, without wardrobes, breakfast if we want to call it that, dry croissants and hard cakes, in short to "avoid".......and "forget.....

The photos on the site do not correspond to reality. Experience to forget. Staff not at all helpful. They should change jobs. Only one housekeeper was kind. Plasterboard walls therefore you could also hear the alarm clock and the breathing of the guest next door. Extremely uncomfortable stairs. The lack of breakfast was not specified at the time of booking. I can't give zero but I would gladly do so.
