Good service, apart of miss communication in regards breakfast time.
Very clean hotel although the room’s walls require decoration.
Basic breakfast, no coffee found in the dining room.
Parking excellent.
Value for money.

Hotel a little too far from the center, and therefore difficult to reach on foot, room with a nice balcony, tidy, clean, and well kept, with a nice bathroom, shame about the hairdryer ruined with dust inside, new TV and air conditioning that works properly but power sockets from riverede, I expected breakfast to be much richer, with more choice and maybe something typical, but those few things weren't entirely bad.

Hotel in ristrutturazione, vanno perdonate alcune vedute in lavorazione e non finite. Camera molto bella per il prezzo pagato, ampia e pulita. Colazione per tutti i gusti sia dolce che salata. Personale un pochino freddo ma sempre gentili. Parcheggio interno. CONSIGLIATO.

Room and furniture need paint and replacing. A/C not working, and we were told they control the A/C at the desk. Despite this, the A/C didn't go on. I wouldn't recommend you stay at this hotel unless these things are not important to you. The room was clean.

Going to Italy for the first time from Canada we didn't know what to expect. Nice hotel at a good price. A bit on the outskirts of Napoli but we knew that already. A great breakfast is also included. Where this hotel exceeds is it's customer service. Antonio at the front desk is amazing and goes above and beyond his duties. He speaks both English and Italian fluently and his advice and recommendations made our 2 nights safe and fun. We will definitely be going back. The hotel recommended Antonio who is a taxi driver in the area and an amazing driver and tour guide. He explained where we should and shouldn't go and was available to drive us whenever and wherever we needed to go. Thank you to both Antonio's for making our mini vacation amazing.

Hotel molto comodo, zona tranquilla con parcheggio interno. Personale super gentile e super disponibile, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta a qualsiasi orario. La stanza era molto confortevole e sopratutto è tutto molto pulito! Consigliato.

Lovely friendly staff, super helpful. Soft comfortable beds including bunks for our children which is better than some other places we've stayed. Wonderfully clean rooms and fresh bedding and towels provided every day while we were out. Free parking and no more than 40 minutes drive from all the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was a delicious selection of pastries and cakes, cereals, breads and spreads as well as cheese and meats. Variety of fruit juices and yoghurts also available. Antonio was so friendly and helpful and greeted us on arrival with fresh, cold, pineapple juice while we checked in.
