Hotel situado junto a Plaza Garibaldi, al lado de la estación de trenes para ir a Pompeya u otros destinos. A 10 minutos a pie del corazón del casco histórico. La zona no me pareció peligrosa en absoluto, al igual que Nápoles. Nápoles es caótica, pero también alegre y auténtica. Desayuno del hotel genial, muy variado y con productos frescos y de calidad. Tipo buffet, te quedas más que satisfecho. Todo el hotel estaba reformado, era nuevo y cómodo. No tenía ascensor, aunque eso no era un problema para nosotros. Volvería a este hotel si regresamos a Nápoles. Personal muy atento, tanto las señoras del desayuno como en recepción. Roberta, de recepción, maravillosa.

We wanted to leave a review on our stay at Hotel Bella Napoli. This review will be posted to Trip Advisor. We wasn’t sure what to expect on our stay in Naples, first time here and wasn’t too sure when we arrived but have to give a 5 star review for both Roberta and the hotel staff. Firstly a warm welcome, the moment we arrived was like being welcomed by family. There’s no lift but in actual fact that was good because of all the great food we ate during our stay. The room was extremely clean, we loved all the extras we didn’t expect and the slippers were a beautiful touch. The bathroom was meticulously clean and plenty of toilet roll. Fresh towels and plenty of them per person. The extremely large smart tv with access to Netflix, prime and Disney+ made for a comfortable evening after a long day sight seeing, spacious fridge and plenty of sockets available for all our electronics. The whole look of the room was beautiful and again so clean. Loved the extra touches to the bed, very comfortable and again very clean. What the hotel doesn’t mention is how much is available for breakfast, so much food on offer and the scrambled eggs especially were so fluffy, the staff so helpful and friendly. It would have been helpful to know that we could have booked all the trips we wanted through the hotel but now we know, we won’t hesitate to ask Roberta in the future, she is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Would we stay again, absolutely, excellent value for money, superb service and a genuinely safe and friendly environment for everyone! Well done Roberta on making our stay a fantastic memory we can’t wait to share when we get home! ♥️

Hotel bem perto da estação de trem. Os quartos sao novos e muito confortáveis. Todos os funcionarios são extremamente gentis. O café da manhã é muito bom! Tem quarda malas. A região não é muito bonita, mas o hotel por dentro é novo e seguro. Otima Opção.

Hyvä hotelli huonolla sijainnilla
Huone oli vasta remontoitu ja puhdas. Ikkuna oli hylätylle sisäpihalle, mikä takasi hiljaisen yön muttei ollut hylättyine autonromuineen mieltä ylentävä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Ainoa huono puoli on sijainti, alue on iltaisin levoton.
