I booked this hotel because the room has a very good view. I was really touched when I arrived... But if you want to visit the city of Napoli, it is still a little far from the city. Because we took 4 trains from Napoli Central Station to here, and caught up with the strike on Sunday or the cable car was closed, we climbed a long mountain road to arrive. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros per person, and you can choose it yourself... Because we are going to Pompeii the next day, the station here Mergellina has a direct train to Pompeii, which is very convenient without transfer. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. In short, the scenery of the hotel is really nothing to say, the room is not big, but it is enough. When checking out, I took a taxi from the taxi point at the entrance of the hotel to mergellina station. The driver asked us for 10 euros. I don’t know if it’s expensive or normal. After all, it took us nearly 20 minutes to climb up😹😻😹

The hotel did not have a nice look and the servers there are not good I paid 120 euros for a chicken coop and that is certainly not the intention so I advise not to go there.

We and our two teenagers really enjoyed our stay here, The view, the food, the pool and the very friendly and helpful staff all added up to one of our best stays anywhere

A great hotel with an excellent location. It is truly a "paradise" hotel. Facing Mount Vesuvius and its sea view, it is very beautiful, making tourists feel like they have arrived in a paradise.

Invincible sea view, you can sit on the balcony and watch the Bay of Naples. It's so worth it. The breakfast is rich and the room facilities are complete and comfortable.

At the breakfast place, outdoors on the top floor of the hotel, there are seagulls and other birds walking around the tables where people sit to eat. In fact, a seagull ate part of my breakfast during the couple of minutes I got up to go get a glass of water and milk. When I mention this to one of the waiters, he doesn't think anything of it, shrugs his shoulders and tells me that it's not his problem. So I leave the glass of milk and water on the table, go back to get more food, and when I return I find that the waiter has already removed the glasses and the rest of the things. That ***** shouldn't be working anywhere. Because of him I gave the hotel such a bad rating.
I think the hygiene in that hotel is VERY POOR. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of that useless waiter, and the very poor hygiene care. I give them a ZERO out of TEN for hygiene and professionalism.
