The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful.
If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology.
Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

Different (but not bad) area than we stayed the last time we came to Naples. This felt more like we were away from all the tourists, which was nice.

Péssimo, não é 4 estrelas (Nem uma)
Quarto extremamente fedorento. extremamente sujo, não recomendo a ninguém, tornou nossa estadia sem prazer, não recomendo. A principio nos colocaram num quarto hiper pequeno e que se abrisse a janela dava de cara com outro quarto, ar condicionado não funciona, enfim, fujam. As 4 estrelas caíram e não avisaram.
