Greit og rimelig
Litt slitt, men rent rom. Fin terrasse som ligger i skygge fra ettermiddag. Mange trappetrinn opp (93), ingen heis. Imøtekommende personell. Kommunikasjon via WhatsApp. Praktisk beliggenhet, metrostasjon over gata, busstopp et kvartal nedenfor. Gode spisesteder i nærheten. Helt fersk crossaint til frokost (Er du tidlig nok, er den fremdeles varm.).

Camera enorme e pulita e terrazzino un vero plus. Sono stati tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. La signora che si occupa delle pulizie è veramente adorabile! L’host ci ha addirittura aiutato con i bagagli all’arrivo, portando lui su le nostre valigie. In caso avessimo necessità di alloggiare nuovamente a Napoli li prenderemo sicuramente in considerazione.

Pessima qualità sotto tutti gli aspetti, tranne che per la posizione. Avevamo prenotato due camere con due bagni e ci siamo trovati in cinque in una stanza con un bagno solo. Come da foto, le rifiniture veramente pessime, la doccia con la muffa sulle piastrelle! Intonaco rotto in diversi punti e macchie di umidità antiche. Ci sono le abat jour vicino ad alcuni letti ma sono inservibili perché c'è attaccato il frigo (con lo sportello che crolla quando lo apri). Dulcis in fundo, la macchina del caffè, attaccata senza adattatore, fornita di 4 cialde (su 5 ospiti). Riesco ad accendere il condizionatore dopo un'oretta di ricerca dell'interruttore e riscalda solo il soffitto, quindi si muore di freddo e una mia amica si è raffreddata (lasciare delle coperte in più sarebbe utopia). Sconsiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questo posto.
