Hotel Poerio 25 Boutique Stay

Great location and place to stay! Hotel staff are some of the kindest people, they followed up with when we were checking in to provide late check in details, and were super responsive and understanding when we had questions.

We had an excellent stay at the Poerio25, it surpassed our expectations. Even prior to arriving the staff contacted us on What’s App to ensure arrival times and if we needed any support. The hotel itself is located in a very walkable / accessible district of Naples near the water. We found the location to be superb. Close to amazing restaurants / cafes, many tourist attractions, the Metro, and shops. The room itself was fantastic, very modern and was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff was super helpful, cheery and accommodating. The front desk receptionist helped coordinate our taxis to and from the Naples airport Would highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone in addition to staying there again!

Slightly unclean room but decent service Overall, the property looked fine however the room we were allotted was not clean. The walls had marks everywhere and it wasn’t the best site to look at while entering the room. Also, another issue was that room door lock was broken as when we came back from our dinner in the night, the room door was open and we clearly remember locking it just fine. One of my empty bottles which I was intending to use to refill water was thrown by the housekeeping- would suggest them to not throw away guest’s stuff like that. The front desk was helpful in giving us details on self check-in on the first night as we reached Naples at 10PM- the front desk closes at 9PM so kindly check with the reception if you are arriving late.
