Замечательный отель, расположенный на верхних этажах здания вокзала. Можно уехать на метро или в пригороды.
Большой номер с удобными кроватями и санузлом. Все исправно.
Завтрак вкусный, хоть и не такой разнообразный. Голодными не останетесь. Кофе готовят для вас в баре и приносят официанты.
Персонал так же очень приветливый.
Мы продлили свое проживание на одну ночь

The hotel is located in the metro building, from 6 am to 11 pm trains pass very often and everything shakes. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

Though out of the centre access to this hotel is right next to the Mergellina Metro Station which make the city and old town accessible in minutes - catching the fast direct train is straightforward and day tickets allow multiple trips, including buses and funiculars. The hotel is above the station so the very slow lift was an initial problem - we got used to the stairs except when carrying bags. Staff are friendly - receptionists have good English and helped with restaurants and travel arrangements. Rooms are large - we had a bedroom and sitting room along with a very well-appointed shower room. Bed was large and comfortable. There is no storage space - just a hanging rail - so we changed from our cases. Breakfast is continental with fruit cereals seeds and egg/cheese/ham options - waiters bring the excellent coffee and are very professional though without English. TV is limited - signal is flaky and I could not find English channels. We did not request a quiet room which was an oversight we regretted as the traffic noise - despte shutters and double glazing - was intrusive - I had to use earplugs. Overall a mixed opinion but - for the price - a good base for travel with helpful staff.

El hotel está ubicado en el barrio de Chiaia, al lado de la estación Mergellina, que conecta con el metro y el tren, muy cerca de la costa, donde hay una buena oferta gastronómica. Mi habitación estaba en el tercer piso y era amplia y confortable. Contaba con caja de seguridad, frigobar, aire acondicionado, TV e Internet WiFi gratuita. Seguramente estaba insonorizada porque no llegaba ruido del exterior a pesar de la estación de tren y del local nocturno contiguo. El desayuno era muy variado, completo y de excelente calidad, y la atención de los mozos fue sumamente eficiente y amable. Super recomendable.

The air conditioners do not work. We called the front lobby and said theres nothing they can do. Its 90 degrees in our room. The area around the hotel is sketchy at best. Its just another one of these fake boutique hotels that put up some foo foo design but its just a run down building.

Metro 900 Pros: staff was very kind, room was clean and tidy everyday. Doors to the hotel lock and generally quiet. Cons: lots of homeless sleep outside the hotel. Entry was confusing because you have to ring a bell to be buzzed in. During the day it’s fine. Late at night - not so much. The entry to the hotel is very small, dark and right. Reception is on the upper level. There unfortunately is also a sewer order that lingers in the main level and elevator. Elevator is extremely small and slow. Overall the staff was very accommodating and kind. Just some elements that make it not as welcoming or charming as it can be.

Una situazione molto particolare per questo albergo ricavato dai locali della stazione della metro in cui di fatto si trova. NON un 4 stelle ma un 3 e non di più con pulizia al top, personale disponibile colazione non male e stanze piccole ma accoglienti. Strategica la posizione (10 metri veri dall’ingresso della metro) . Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità, per Napoli una buona scelta.
