Lamentablemente nos cobraron varias veces la reservacion, aun cuando explicamos y podían ver que ya estaba paga en el citio web donde rentamos el hotel. Continuaron pidiendo tiempo y dando excusas.
Unfortunately they hotel charge 2 more times, iven when they saw that the reservation on the website was already paid off.
I spoke to them before i left the hotel and i spoke to the manager jose. who doesn't not how to fix the problem and continue make excuses and get offended because i got mad.

Great location for a quick one night stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Only down size is that we got charged for parking while we did not park onsite. Took me quite a few phone calls and long holds to get it straighten out, hopefully.

I’ve been a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member for years and typically seek out Marriott properties when traveling. However, I’m increasingly disillusioned with a troubling trend that seems to be growing across Marriott hotels in multiple states, charging parking fees for open, unsecured lots without providing any real service in return. Most recently, I stayed at the AC Hotel Naples 5th Avenue, where I was charged $20 per day to park in a standard, shared-use surface lot with no garage, dedicated access, or visible security. When I asked, I was told the fee was for "maintenance." That explanation does not justify the charge, especially when there’s no added value or protection for my vehicle. It reflects poorly on Marriott as a brand, regardless of whether the property is independently owned. Guests don’t differentiate between franchisee and franchisor when their loyalty is to the Marriott name. When customer satisfaction drops, Marriott’s brand reputation is at stake. I will take my loyalty elsewhere if Marriott continues allowing this practice, nickel-and-diming customers with unjustified fees. Hilton, Hyatt, and others are becoming more appealing every day. I’ll share my experience on every review platform, because this needs to stop.

I was visiting Naples on a work trip and stayed at this property for the second time. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern. Even the iron worked perfectly, which is not always the case. There was a fire alarm while I was there and the staff was apologetic and responsive to everyone’s concerns. The pool area was on point as well as the coffee in the lobby. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Naples.

While this is a beautiful hotel and conveniently located, the service and staff courtesy is lacking. Immediately after checking in, our room was out of shower supplies and we called the front desk for assistance. We were placed on hold 3 times and the staff never picked up. Once we finally got through, we were told someone would come bring this to our room. This never happened until we went to the front desk to check on it. We were rudely told that someone would be by with the supplies. The following day, we ran out of shower supplies again. Should this not be standard procedure for staff to monitor? The following Saturday, we went to enjoy the pool and it appeared that employees or families of employees were using the pool area and taking all of the available seating. At least 15 people we observed. Not good for paying Customers. Management needs to address these issues and make their Hotel a quality place it “appears” to be.

Good hotel, just not finished when compare to other AC hotels, no pool table, no pet treats. Little things, yet what I did not care for was the surprise parking and Pet fee. For a 500+ per night hotel I would expect more.
They did remove the fees with one phone call.
