The apartments were spotless and well appointed. The front desk was very accommodating about my late arrival. In a good spot to walk to the downtown area.

The hotel is at an excellent location, right in the town centre, and 10 minutes away from the beach. It has an underground parking garage which costs NZD 14 per night and must be reserved in advance. The room was clean and spacious. It had a nice little kitchen and a dishwasher. The laundry machines are free to use. Overall, it’s pretty good!

The service from the gentleman checking me in was just spectacular! He was so friendly and welcoming and sorted a late check out for us! 10/10

The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available.

What a great hotel. Spacious apartment,full kitchen, great beds, amazing location. Parking is $5 per day. Awesome place.

One of the nicer places I stayed in NZ, well equipped kitchen, comfortable room. Big supermarket nearby. Easily walkable to the sights of Napier and to the bus terminal. Nice building although the internal layout is a bit confusing.
