The toilet door did not shut as it looked like there had been a water leak before and it and the wall had swelled up.When heat pump was going could see the inside was dirty. Also the windows and sliding door frames were dirty. Was okay for price.Window latches broken.Wine glass broken.

The location is very good, it's quiet at night, the seaside scenery is beautiful, but there are huge waves🌊, so be careful.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I can assure everyone who is planning to come to Napier, we had a good experience for staying at this hotel in every aspect, cleanliness, location near city centre by 5 mins walk, countdown and pack n save just 2 mins aways. Beach is just 7 mins away from hotel. Sushi shop just 5 mins aways. Everything you want is near you. You will enjoy staying at this hotel. hotel's staff are super attentive to your requirements. All the bad reviews I can say they seems to be irrelevant. Non of them we faced here.

Room was good, strange set up with the curtains the way the heater was set up though. Bathroom was quite small but 100% functional, did have issues with water changing temperature in the shower which is a bug bear of mine. Overall a great place to stay though.

Free parking, parking at the entrance of the accommodation, very convenient. The kitchenware is very complete, except that there is no chopsticks. Because there is a kitchen, it is very convenient to get some children's favorite food in the morning. The room has 3 single beds and 1 double bed, enough to live, plus a baby cot. It is very convenient to have a bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

Very satisfied, better than expected, the room directly overlooks the sea. Opposite the hotel, to the left in the direction of the tourist center, there is a delicious ice cream shop, you must try it, to the right is the aquarium

The hotel is right by the sea, just across the road is the sea! Opposite the hotel is the War Museum, Napier's seaside is very beautiful, and there is a seaside container internet celebrity coffee shop not far away! The service is also good, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the hotel has a parking lot, and the laundry and drying charges are also very cheap, very convenient!

The room was very clean, but had a little smoking and damp smell. There is big jacuzzi in the room without door which believes best for honeymoon couple, but for family is not suitable. Exterior looks a little run down. Otherwise, it is ok for just a night of stays.

The room is large, clean and the location is super good.

Service hotel apartment, strategic location, located in the commercial center, convenient for shopping, dining and entertainment. One bedroom, one living room and one bathroom with bathtub, open kitchen, air-conditioning, electric fan, Internet TV. The sanitary conditions are good, the decoration style is rather old, the entrance aisles are narrow, the mattresses are soft, and the lower floors have no scenery. The front desk service is enthusiastic. There is a reading room on the first floor where you can rest. There is no reception desk in the evening. Paid parking next to the hotel is $1 an hour or $5 a day.
