We are four adults and one child, which was clearly stated when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed was not prepared, and there were no sheets or quilt covers... We asked the front desk for them before they were given to us. I can only say that someone was lazy.

Very clean and quiet. WiFi, while free would not allow streaming, and access to some other general sites such as NZ Parliament. So used mobile data. Some utensils and cockery need updating and replacing e
g. chipped cockery and missing spoons. No Sky Movie channels and one documentary channel - but plenty of sports channels.
Only the plus side friendly greeting from reception and good value for money deal. Bed was comfortable, and not much noise from road. The small courtyard out the back was nice to sit in.

Our room was next to the office. A buzzer went off any time the reception door opened. Wifi didnt work. Neighbors tv didnt work

Good location
Great location as it is only a minutes walk to the beach. Room was clean and comfortable but rather dark. There was noise from the road. However for the price I would recommend it. Parking outside the room.

Room was really clean, neat and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay. Was surprised the bathroom had a spa bath with shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonably priced. Would happily stay there again.
