Motel 6 Naperville, IL

Stayed at Motel 6 Naperville Oct 25–30. After paying to extend my stay, staff canceled my reservation, refunded only the canceled night, and coerced me into withdrawing my complaint by threatening to leave me on the street in the cold. Susan even put her hands on me without consent. Most seriously, I sustained a needle prick injury on their property that required an ER visit. Motel 6 is liable. Their “complimentary” night was not goodwill — it was manipulation. I am pressing charges and have retained legal counsel in Naperville. Motel 6 has one final chance to resolve this responsibly before full escalation through law enforcement, consumer protection agencies, and public forums. #consumercomplaint #Naperville #motel6

The worst experience I’ve ever had. The service was very, very bad. Late check in 12am 8/2/25. My daughter was thrown out at 11am when Danny the front desk rep harassed her w many calls and told her she couldn’t stay there until her dad came back 10 min…wouldn’t let her wait in lobby and told her to walk to Wendy’s to wait. I was told I had till 12noon checkout by at check in. My daughter was crying hysterically and traumatized by this event. I am pursuing legal action so this never happens again to anyone else at motel 6. The rep Danny left for the day when he told me I couldn’t make a verbal or formal complaint to him.

genuinely do not stay at this place if the desk worker is a 5’8 pale man with glasses he refused to check me in to the property at 3:30 am kept playing games and pretended that he was a guest who was also looking for the staff. so disgusting and i immediately left he kept repeating he could help me out and that he just moved in the day before i paid for the damn room and never got it because of this creep
