It’s was a beautiful resort, They have many swimming pool and many restaurants and many activities 😍👍, but the resort far from the city:)

A great resort built around the lake with a lack of service standards. Never seen a place where even Tabasco sauce and vinegar is charged extra . The first thing the staff says is a no. Good Italian and Georgian food at the restaurant. The shuttle service is a mess

The hotel is in wood shape, the food average quality to low . Much to less for a resort like this . Stay away from here! This food at this prices is inaccurate. You cannot reccomento anybody staying here with these prices and low quality of food. The service is miserable as well and nobody cares

This is what arriving on your dream vacation feels like: peace, beauty, relaxation, extensive grounds with activities for everyone, numerous pools, tennis courts, restaurants… The spa treatment with a view was wonderful too we will certainly come back!!

The hotel location and nature like heaven But service starting from reception is from hell I booked a two room for family, but for no reason it is not connected . No baby cot available so we had to buy ours They didnt let it in ... "the room is not fit for baby cot if that foesnt suits you you may leave and we will refund you" so we put it inside by our self We requested a call from manger staff refused to give us the manger. For the last 10 years I travelled all around world from africa to china .. but never felt that humilated. My booking is for three night but we are thinking to change it asap..if the situtation isnot solved

Property land is 5 start but service and attitude of staff is 1 star The hotel is beautiful however nothing about the soul feels like a 5 star 1. No service no one ever picks up calls from guest services 2. Breakfast is a crowded tiring affair where you’re just standing in lines. 2 chefs for making eggs for 800 guests. 1 chef making pancake for 800 guest it was like standing in a refugee camp line 3. Some elders had allergy’s no staff was helping us. Was all chaotic it was like a bad dream. 4 if you have old people with you don’t bother as the buggy service is not to help you at all. They won’t provide any service. It almost never comes 5. Complained about insects multiple times but nothing was done. 6.

Not great service Service was like. 2 star property The resort was good to the eye but lacked a character due to the sad service and below average food and service. The breakfast was one of the most crowded and chaotic breakfast we have ever witnessed. No staff was helping or smiling

Lopota Lake Resort is an absolute disgrace! I booked a so-called "superior" room that was advertised as 45 square meters. What we got was a cramped, claustrophobic space that wouldn’t even qualify as a decent-sized closet. The bed was broken, and we were swarmed by mosquitoes all night, leaving my family unable to sleep. To make matters worse, we paid a bomb for this disaster. When I confronted the reservation department, they had the nerve to insist that the room was 45 square meters. It was only when I challenged them to measure the room with a tape that they finally admitted it wasn’t. They then tried to make a pathetic excuse that our room was in the "old building no 2." This is blatant dishonesty and false advertising. Lopota Lake Resort is a fraudulent operation, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid it like the plague. Save your money and your sanity by steering clear of this place!
