Good location and good vibe except the air conditioner in the room, you might be annoyed by the noise if you’re a light sleeper.

All the pictures showed a fireplace in the room, our didn’t have that, also didn’t care for the never cleaning room, understand with Covid, but we’re there 5 days and never got room cleaned. Had to ask for towels twice and go get them from front desk. There was no pool nor hot tub but claim hot is in room, very hard to fit two people in there.

We loved staying at the River Terrace Inn two times: once when we were there in March 2023 and again recently from September 5th through 12th in 2024. The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean. The hotel is within walking distance from the Wine Train and also the Oxbow Public Market. We will stay there again when we visit Napa next year.

A great hotel, especially its location in Napa. Great quaint rooms, the restaurant was fantastic and hotel shops, which included the breakfast bakery which provides a packed breakfast or eat in. The concierge was very helpful organising our Napa Valley tour. Highly recommend

This property is not downtown (although it is a fairly short walk). If you book, demand something on the second floor or above. Anything on the first floor is unacceptably loud because the hallway is directly adjacent to the lobby and bar; it is essentially an echo chamber. Also, if you book a room with a village view, what you really get is a parking lot view. The room itself (single, King bed) was totally unexceptional; one side of the bed had no nightstand or lamp. You can get far better in Napa for the rate.

One of the newer Napa downtown hotels provides a great base the numerous adventures in Napa. Excellent location, service and amenities.

This is a very pretty hotel with large comfortable & clean rooms conveniently located with nice views of the Napa River. Service is friendly & responsive. However it is pricey because they charge a $33/day resort fee which we were not informed about until checkout. It seems to me that this hotel does not qualify as a resort because there is no pool or full service restaurant.
