The hotel is a tropical oasis within the heart of Nanyuki. Fabulous rooms, friendly staff who can’t do enough to help with your stay and the food is great 👍 well equipped gym as well for those who dabble. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Nanyuki

I really enjoyed my 37 days stay at Falcon Heights. Staff are welcoming, client centric too. Ladies at the reception, serve clients with great passion. The chefs offer a range of food and drinks and delicious too. The hotel rooms are neat, wash room spotless clean.

Perfect place at the equator . Nice ambiance, excellentspacious rooms. Very nice staff. Very nice food. Nice swimming pool. Excellent guards at the entrance. The receptioninst Lizzy is warm and very kind. The garden so green and rush. Can't wait to come back

It was not a pleasant experience we booked 2 nights and made part payment in advance. We arrived at the hotel and to our surprise, the receptionist informed us the hotel has been overbooked. To appease us, they offered us free dinner and took us to "sister hotel"(Swara Ranch) about 27km away in the middle of the night. This was more of an Air BNB facility which was located in the outskirts of the town. We decided not to logde at the sister hotel on day two and threatened to take our money if we are not given accommodaion at Falcon Heights. With the intervention of one of our partners, they managed to get us rooms at Falcon for a night. Checking out on day two at Falcon was another hurdle. There were issues with a mix up of receipts and accusations from one of the teammates of a missing face towel.

The property gardens and breakfast were excellent. The pool and other facilities were a bit run down, the tv channels and internet didn’t work, and the water took several minutes to warm up. The staff was very friendly.

Very friendly staff, right from the reception, catering and support staff. My one week stay was exciting. The place level of cleanliness is excellent. The food is out of this world. Breakfast served on time, lunch and dinner are mouth watering. Team Falcon Heights, Asante and looking forward to come back for another visit.

This hotel charged me twice for my accommodation and has since vacillated about repaying the money for 8 months and continues to ask about bank details with promises of "paying soon" and "very sorry but can you please share back details again etc". I would avoid this place like the plague. Also the food is pretty mediocre.

I had a great time swimming and an all round experience of a lifetime that I will never forget.I plan to come more often in the future.I recommend it.The staff is amazing and the scenery is breathtaking.The food is delicious. I love the hospitality.I recommend coming.

Their food was top notch. The only thing I recommend is utensils for kids below 5. Some lighting on the cottage needs repair. Otherwise I recommend them big time to families. Oh wait! Their staff are so friendly and professional in handling clientsts.
