Het verblijf was super. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen en werden echt in de watten gelegd. De staf is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Het bed was geweldig. We hebben ontbijt en diner gehad en dat was erg lekker! We hebben het echt naar ons zin gehad met super vriendelijk en fijn personeel!

We verbleven hier een nachtje om twee trips te overbruggen. We kregen een hartelijk ontvangst! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en hielpen ons graag. Het eten was erg lekker, hebben hier gedineerd en ontbeten. Daarnaast was de kamer erg comfortabel.

Few problems but did the job
Booked weeks ahead and requested adjacent rooms for family of four, never got them. Bad start. Dinner - 50mins wait, too long, food was good at least. Breakfast good but no bacon and decent coffee is extra. No fridge or milk for coffee/tea. Two tea bags per room for 3 nights. Big problems with hot water and power. Son very annoyed. And crook wifi. Great view of the Mt, friendly manager and staff, safe and secure.

Located in Nanyuki Town, the hotel is a large block with more then enough free parking. The reception is friendly and check-in was reasonable quick. The standard room however, is small, even for "standard". You can barely move around the (small double-) bed and one can't turn in the bathroom. It wasn't really clean and the view, at the back, is on right in the room of the nextdoor neighbour. You have to close the curtain to get some privacy. The breakfast is reasonable and the staff there is helpful and attentive.

My experience was fantastic. I especially loved the customer service from Charles and Shirleen. The hotel was very clean and the food extremely delicious. I daresay overall 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend for corporates and to my friends as well.
