The food service was bad. It's a beautiful hotel, but it doesn't seem to be run very well. Apart from security, the rest of the staff were not welcoming. The room wasn't properly done; missing towels and odours. Will not be staying here again.

Badly designed hollow building. Every single sound in the kitchen, restaurant, and bar is magnified. The rooms are not at all soundproof and other guests and staff don't care at all about talking loudly wherever they are, even outside your room. An alarm went on and off all night as did restaurant noises, music, and talking. All audible even with high quality earplugs. Generally the place is shiny on the outside and grotty on the inside. Smelly toilets. Thankfully only here for one night as I need more sleep than this. In the morning a pane of glass smashed to the ground just outside the restaurant, probably from the hot ill-constructed glass terrace bar above, literally could have killed someone. Do yourself a favour and swerve this one. It's like someone has tried to copy a high class hotel and failed miserably.

1. Sub par conferencing facilities 2. Substandard meals 3. Inability to provide hot shower. Showered with almost cold water for 3 days. We complained to management on a daily basis for the days we stayed there with no avail.

Amazing staff from Security to reception to chef to hotel manager. Asante Sana for making our stay super amazing. The location was very central and ease to find. The food was good through out our stay and the restaurant manager and chef ensured we were served with Halal food. Thank you all and Big thank you to Bernard. He was available to assist through out.

This is hotel is pathetic to say the least. We arrived on 31st Dec evening on a full board booking. First disappointment was the dinner, we had been assured of a buffet dinner but we got a la carte after waiting for two hours. The worst experience was the noise from the club on fifth floor. They played loud music the whole night until 5 am, we were on 1st floor and the loud music was blasting in our rooms ( we didn't sleep at all). Lunch was also booked as buffet but when we asked we were asked to place our orders and wait for 45 min ( they did not even bother to let us know in advance that lunch will not be buffet). The water from the showers is very lukewarm. I will never visit or advise anyone to visit this hotel again.

an awesome place with best hospitality treat , the food was amazing the executive chef very friendly he made sure we had the best of every meal, will go back for another holiday on august, its the best place for a family.

"they have the best services ,staff and an excellent ambience.Nice rooms and clean pool and a roof top lounge with spectacular views of mt kenya the executive chef was the one who took us there and he made sure we had an awesome meal, the food was very good, and service super friendly"
