This is a quaint bed and breakfast style hotel in downtown Nantucket. It is convenient to all of the restaurants and shopping. The area is quiet and so is the hotel. I particularly enjoyed all of the extra space and seating areas to enjoy the property outside of the rooms themselves. It is absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous location right in town but not in a high traffic area, wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. I highly recommend the Veranda House. The warm cookies in the evening and breakfast in the morning are a wonderful treat. Will definitely be returning!

5 out of 5 exceptional stay. Friendly, helpful, available staff. Comfortable room with fridge and the convenience of transport, beach chairs and towels on top of delicious breakfast and snacks made our stay great. Really love the large bathrooms and comfy beds. We will be back!

Very nice property, convenient to town and walkable from the ferry with a small suitcase. The rooms are nicely updated and very comfortable. The room we stayed in was a Regatta petite queen, so it was on the smaller side but perfectly functional and pleasant. Breakfast had plenty of options, and a good selection of tea and coffee. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I have stayed at countless properties on Nantucket and Veranda House is our new favorite! The entire property has been newly renovated from top to bottom and the decor is so beautiful and charming. The bed and bedding were super comfortable, and the view on our balcony of the island was stunning! The hotel offers complementary beach towels, chairs and bikes which allows for a relaxing beach day. The complementary snacks, drinks and breakfast was also a huge plus! The staff was exceptional, especially the manager, Alicia who always greeted every guest with a huge smile and was full of knowledge and great recommendations on the island. Will definitely be staying at Veranda House again and again!!

The hotel is in a perfect location to walk to everything. The staff is amazing, go out of their way for everything you may need. The room is clean and well equipped. Great deck to sit and look towards the harbor with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in evening.

Amazing experience! Service and attention to detail second to none. Location is close to restaurants and shops. About a 10 minute walk thru beautiful streets. The staff was so attentive and pleasant. Hospitality at its best! We would book this place again in a heartbeat !

Incredible hotel. Cozy. Comfy beds. Fantastic complementary breakfast and snacks through out the day. Close to ferry and downtown restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again.
