Linens and beach towels provided. Off street parking for two cars. Free WiFi. Cable TV in all bedrooms, den, and living room. Property abuts conservation land and bird sanctuary. The cottage has all of the advantages of being in-Town, yet with the privacy, peace and quite of the country. Bike path across the street. Close to all beaches. Very nice house with lots of charm, even though it is a little out-dated. Easy access to the free bus shuttle. Was a nice, quiet place next to the bird sanctuary and a cemetery. Nice outdoor patio area in the back. Really appreciated the flexibility to store our luggage/ check in a little early too!

The landscaping is a mess. The bushes have grown to cover all the windows in front so there’s no light in the house and it smells musty. You would not want to sit in the backyard. The inside is very dated and the upholstered furniture was old and needs to be replaced. This house should not be rented as is.

We had a great stay at Robert’s place. He was a very accommodating host and was easy to communicate with. The house was in a great location and allowed us to walk into town. Would recommend this place to anyone.

A charming, comfortable and commodious cottage. Nicely decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. Adjacent to a nature preserve with walking trails. It’s a long walk into town but Uber arrived almost instantly throughout the weekend. We highly recommend a stay at this property.

Nantucket house near bird sanctuary
Great place, easy to get to and the host is very easy to deal with. This was our second year renting this house and will be back next year.
