Fuli Hot Spring Resort

I feel that the hotel facilities are a bit old. Although they are well maintained, you can still see signs of having been used for a long time. It has everything you need. Maybe because there are few hot spring hotels in Sun Moon Lake, the price is high and the room size is indeed large.

The food was very good. The sashimi and shrimp were very fresh. Most of the dishes were very enjoyable. The staff's service attitude and seriousness are 100 points. It is also very close to the attractions. There is also an orchestra playing, which really makes you feel a lot more relaxed. The only two things I feel are inappropriate: The first is the water dispenser. We live in Building 2 and only B1 has a water dispenser, which is a great inconvenience as we have to go to B1 to get water all the time. The second is that there is no socket on the bed, which caused some trouble for my friend who is used to charging and listening to sleep-inducing music at the bedside. There is a machine in the gym that may be broken. I hope it can be repaired soon. If it is convenient to call for repair, it may be handled earlier. The soundproofing is OK. Although the bed design is not very friendly to the elders who have suffered a stroke, it is still good.

The room is not well maintained. There is a scream when the bathroom door is closed, which is very noisy. After entering the room, there was an ashtray on the balcony that had not been cleaned. The buffet in the restaurant is too slow to replenish the food. There are too many tourists and the restaurant cannot bear it. Thank you to the restaurant staff for your hard work.
