Stay for few times but again every family members get serious skin allergy because of the bed. The noise from neighbours as loud as no wall in between rooms. other than that all are good. Appreciate your improvement in future.

Great location,big room,hot water in a shower works well. The bathroom is clean, but if it's vacuumed all hair on the floor,it would be great! If you fall asleep easily from noisy water run from next door,this room is recommended.

The butler's responses were very prompt, and the service was friendly. However, the cleanliness needs improvement; there was a lot of hair on the floor.

No front desk, perfect for introverts!

The location was really great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the half-price bike rental. However, there was no elevator, so using the stairs was inconvenient.

Located on the street of Shuishe Pier at Sun Moon Lake, the geographical environment is very good. There is a market downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. Don't worry about being hungry. When you are tired of shopping, you can go upstairs to rest. If you want to take a boat around the lake, you can go downstairs. There is a discount for bicycle rental. It is very cost-effective!

Aside from the air conditioner being installed above the bed, which makes a lot of noise when you fall asleep, and the air conditioning blows directly on your face, disrupting your sleep, everything else is excellent. Absolutely impeccable.

It's a casual B&B-style hotel with an excellent location (close to the Shuishe Wharf shopping street). Partial lake views can still be seen from the 5th and 6th floors. The only thing to note is that the store doesn't have an elevator, so people with limited mobility, the elderly, or those with large luggage should take this into consideration!

I could hear noises from downstairs through the window early in the morning. Parking is charged at NT$50 per hour on holidays.

Good service. The room was damp and full of clothes moths.

因為有煙火活動，臨時訂了這一間，地點很好，價格比其他的算是便宜了，而且還能看到半湖景色。客服人員很有禮貌服務也好，還給了自行車租賃折扣。沒有電梯，就當做運動吧！
