Joysuites is always my first choice when staying in Nantong. It is conveniently located at Harmony City mall where I can grab a quick bite or meet friends. Sarah and Mylah were exceptional with check-in and check-out as well as they promptly answered any requests I had. The room has a washer/dryer unit as well as a kitchenette which was a plus for me! Totally recommend!

Good location, comfortable, service staff are friendly. Surrounded with shopping centres and restaurants. To meet our request to place the 2 rooms in the same level, the hotel has upgraded our rooms without extra charges. We will come back to this hotel in our next business trip.

The front desk clerk will also help put the washed clothes into the dryer, and let the robot deliver them to the room after drying. Overall, this price is not bad.

First time staying at Hilton Garden Inn, a four-star hotel owned by Hilton. The advantages and disadvantages are as follows: Advantages: Good transportation and location. Located next to Nantong Haohe Scenic Area. Very close to the amusement park Ferris wheel. Downstairs of the hotel is Wuzhou International. Although it seems a bit messy, it is very convenient to find food and order takeout. Parking is quite convenient. The above-ground parking lot opposite the hotel has very tight parking spaces, but parking spaces on both sides can still be found, as well as underground parking lots. The breakfast is relatively rich, but there are few outstanding dishes and the taste is average. The entire hotel, including the public areas, is very air-conditioned, which is a plus in the hot summer. The size of the room is enough since we booked the largest suite. The bathroom is quite large and the bathtub is not small. It's just that the room type of the suite is not very straight, it's triangular. There is free sour plum soup in the hotel lobby on the first floor, which tastes quite good. Disadvantages: Because the hotel is in the same area as a bathhouse and Wuzhou International, the environment downstairs is relatively messy. The hotel lobby is not big and has no grandeur. The overall hotel decoration style is mainly wood-colored, and it feels more business-like. Lack of modernity and design. The curtains in the guest rooms are all manual, which is a bit out of touch with the times. The toilet does not have a washlet, nor is it a portable toilet, and the texture is also very cheap. The texture of the supplied toothbrush is not good, and the bristles are small and hard. The hotel feels like there is no concierge service, and it doesn't help when guests see a lot of luggage.

Going to the parking, the ground at the door was full, but the person in charge at the door still helped find a parking space! great! Check-in is very fast, the room has been upgraded, the space is OK, the environment is OK, and the health is OK. The facilities are not very new, but it feels OK. Check out is also fast.

Full of surprises, all the experience is in the details. First, we didn't arrive late at night, so we called to confirm when we would arrive. Second, we checked out early in the morning. We returned to the lobby to sit because we were on a business trip and had nowhere to go. They welcomed us very warmly and provided warm mineral water (it was cold). Third, we forgot our small bag in the lobby when we left, but the waiter recognized us and called us and left it at the front desk.
