空調製熱慢，洗澡熱水小，桌上有灰，毛巾有洞，電梯壞了一個，最關鍵的是一晚上火警響了六七次，吵的人睡不着，影響第二天考試，除了離得近沒有優點，但客觀的説，房屋面積真的大。
