一進酒店大廳，環境就狠吸引人，乾淨舒適，前台小哥哥也狠熱情，原先預訂的大床房給我升級了套房，房間裏設施非常OK，乾淨整潔舒適，是我目前住的酒店最滿意的一家，退房的時候店裡吳經理服務也非常好

酒店位置原因定位應該為偏商務型，20年開業保養的很不錯，所有選項本應都為5分，前台check in時兩位服務人員態度很好，尤其是類似於主管的男士，感謝房間升級，但服務之所以打0.5是2025年5月20日晚前台一短髮工作人員，我從外返回酒店諮詢酒店事宜，這位短髮女性工作人員對我愛答不理，通俗的説法為“很拽”，這與皇冠酒店品牌很不對等，更何況五洲旗下的。望加強個別員工培訓
