房間設施還可以，但是全季為什麼每次都在退房時間未到的時候鎖房？12點退房，11點50想拿行李離開都不行？和前台溝通，衹説是系統的問題，攜程訂單都這樣。所以意思就是攜程的訂單低人一等？攜程頁面上寫得不是12點退房嗎？入住的時候不是告知12點退嗎？正常12點退房都不能保證？我是想問問到底是攜程的問題還是全季的問題？説實話，前台當時説句向上反饋我都可以理解。直接和客人説全季就是提前鎖房，那好這個差評我留在這裏。
