房間還好，服務真的有待提升，和洲際這個品牌不符，當然也不是所有的洲際都是這樣的。其他地方的洲際酒店服務遠好於這家酒店，看來洲際要把培訓的標準拉的一樣才行。

設施齊全，特別表揚衞浴部分，空間很大，在其他同級別酒店中很突出。早餐種類較多，在臨窗的座位更是一種享受，如果明檔能增加一些本地特色早餐就更好了。
環境優美，酒店內就是一座小公園，可以遠眺狼山，也可沿湖散步，還有優雅的黑天鵝，讓人賞心悦目。
服務超棒，會提前聯繫客人瞭解需求，按客人偏好準備枕頭。離店時發現是我生日還特意提前準備了當地特色的小禮物，很驚喜。每位服務人員都能迅速響應客人的需求，態度也讓客人感覺賓至如歸。
每年去狼山都會選擇入住的酒店，會推薦給朋友。

一如既往的完美體驗！
第二次入住這家酒店，依然沒有讓我失望！服務貼心周到，從入住到退房都讓人倍感舒心。這次幸運地被升級到了江景房，視野超讚，尤其是看着煙雨中的長江中大船來來往往，江景美得讓人沉醉。
酒店西集的自助餐一如既往的豐盛，中西式菜品選擇多樣，食材新鮮，尤其喜歡他們的烤羊排和烤榴蓮，味道絕對在線！
設施方面也無可挑剔，恆温泳池水質清澈，環境優雅，游完泳再去健身房鍛鍊一會兒，徹底放鬆身心。房間內的設備齊全，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好，完全不影響睡眠。
家庭親子休閑度假，這裏都是絕佳的選擇，下次還會再來！

來看張韶涵演唱會順便帶娃來南通玩，就選了洲際，酒店很棒！綠地面積很大，帶小朋友小童樂園玩得很開心，後門就是濱江公園可以去騎騎車看風景。服務也很棒響應很及時，退房的時候我們有東西落下了，多久賓客關係的Artha發現了拍照給我們，還安排寄回來。下次來南通還來住～
