設施：基本設施都存在，比一般的青旅環境好太多，老闆跟老闆娘對客人合理的需求都是儘量滿足，有露天陽台，沒事的時候可以去外面曬曬太陽，吹吹風。
衞生：每天都有保潔阿姨打掃，每間房間都會打掃，比外面的有些酒店衞生乾淨多了。
服務：下次去南通遊玩的時候，還會預訂這家店鋪，畢竟交通便利環境優美，在裏面完全感覺不到這是青旅，哈哈哈哈哈。

這應該是南通規模最大的青年旅舍，新裝修的，房間很滿意，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，沒有嘈雜聲，睡覺很舒適，前台工作人員服務態度好，設施設備也很新穎，所以連住了幾晚，有機會再去南通還會選擇他們家。
