在網上預訂的家庭房，是先住後付， 因為是帶着小孩子 ，所以先去看了看衞生和環境 ，感覺床不太舒服 ，我們下去的時候和前台説的是不住的 ，再看看其他家的，然後我忘記了取消訂單 到晚上十一點多才想起來然後申請取消訂單的時候已經取消不了了。在這期間前台恁是也沒有打個電話提醒一下😓😓
