10月19號22點左右晚班的前台人員服務態度極差～因為辦理入住的時候沒有告知早餐餐廳在幾樓，晚上來問前台早餐餐廳在幾樓，這個服務員上來就很兇的反問我們，你們想幹嘛……就這樣的態度還能做前台，好無語

衞生間的台盆設計不合理，水籠頭是固定的，水直接沖台盆下水口，淋浴籠頭也有點問題。
前台服務很棒、很熱情、很周到，特別是我們到店接待的那個服務員。
房間設施很好，也很乾凈。
自助早餐很豐富。
下次來南通，還繼續住貴店。
