前台小瑤態度熱情，專業且高效，賓至如歸。酒店環境優雅，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。周邊景色優美，離古鎮很近，早餐豐盛中西合璧，衹因時間太倉促，還沒有享受泳池的快樂，下次來南潯還會選擇這家酒店，真的很棒！

地處濠河旁，有空可以到濠河及商業區逛逛，晚上窗外夜景很好。自助餐挺豐富的，衞生服務也不錯。老酒店，設施有點舊了，但通知服務枱立即前來解決。

還可以，交通方便。對面就是南通的電視塔和濠河景區，晚上燈光很漂亮。拐過來就是商業街，吃得很多，很便利。
