When I went to Haimen Factory, I found this hotel for the first time. It had good reviews and I booked it to give it a try. The hygiene is indeed very good and the mattress is comfortable. When I walked in, the service guy handed me water, bowed, and greeted me with a smile. It felt good. The breakfast is rich for a budget hotel. The only drawback is that there is a farmer's wholesale market behind it, which is a bit noisy in the morning. Very good value for money.
